When you join our waitlist, we collect:

  • Your email address

  • Your platform preference (iOS and/or Android)

  • The date and time of your submission

We do not collect any other personal information.


3. Why We Collect It

We collect your email solely to send you a launch notification when FlushIt becomes available on your selected platform(s). We do not use your data for any other purpose.


4. How Long We Keep It

We will delete your email address and all associated data after all launch notifications have been sent. We do not retain your data beyond that point.


5. Who We Share It With

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third parties for marketing purposes.

We use the following services to operate our waitlist:

  • * Framer — website hosting and form collection

  • * Google Sheets — storing submissions securely

  • * Google Analytics — anonymized website traffic analysis

These services may process your data solely to provide their functionality.


6. Your Rights

Regardless of where you are located, you have the right to:

  • Access the data we hold about you

  • Request correction of your data

  • Request deletion of your data at any time

  • Withdraw your consent at any time

7. International Users

EU/UK (GDPR): Our legal basis for processing your data is your explicit consent given when clicking "Notify Me."

California (CCPA): We do not sell your personal information.

Korea: We collect and process your data in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).


8. Cookies

Our waitlist page does not use tracking cookies. If Google Analytics is enabled, anonymized visit data may be collected. You can opt out via your browser settings.


9. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

If we make changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
